My time as a Mormon has come to an end...
I've been a Mormon now, on and off, since April of 1997, and I'm happy to announce that soon, my association with the Mormon church will soon come to an end. My wife and son remain involved in this faith, and that's their personal choice, but I've left it for the faith that I've known all these years has had the Truth, and that's the Jehovah's Witnesses. So, truly, I have no regrets. I welcome the thought of being excommunicated from the Mormon church for apostasy, as I can no longer support her teachings and feel I must 'get on the road to life' (Matt. 7:12,13) and that I must obey the command to 'come out of her, my people' (Rev. 18:4) and this is exactly what I am doing. Again, I've had a great time in your midst, but as 1 John 2:19 states, I'm leaving because I'm truly 'not one of you' and really never have been.

Our Time here in Japan is almost over!
We return to the United States soon, but we'll always love and cherish our friendships and our Sasebo Military Branch family, in the Name of Jesus Christ, amen.
